Great location, two bedrooms right on the beach with convenience stores and food right across the street. Location further north from barefoot landing makes for quicker access toward shopping and restaurants in that direction.

Condo was perfect for what wanted (beach weekend with the kids) and exactly as described. There was an issue with the condo having not been cleaned since after the last guest and I messaged the host and got an immediate phone call response from Mitch who was very apologetic and worked to make it right and have cleaners on their way. It wasn’t a big issue since we were planning on going out for dinner anyhow and by the time we got back the condo had been cleaned spotless. Mitch also made some great dinner recommendations. The location was excellent with oceanfront views and an easy walk to the beach with a shower. Complex was quiet with no loud parties and the pool was clean and peaceful. Bonuses were that the condo was furnished with lots of family board games and beach toys for the kids and the kids room is on the opposite end of the unit from the master suite. Would absolutely stay here again.

Very clean was exactly as described we enjoyed our time!

Wow, this was a charming little condo! Everything looked exactly like the photos. The building is showing its age, but the condo itself has been updated and has everything you need. Plenty of towels were provided, as well as a little starter kit with dish and laundry detergent pods, and a sponge. There was also a fresh roll of paper towels and two fresh rolls of toilet paper. The bed in the primary suite was super soft and comfy. The linens were nice and crisp and the king size bed meant plenty of room to stretch out after a long day of exploring. The second bedroom was spacious and the bunkbeds felt nice, though as a solo traveler I didn't try them out. The location was perfect! It's on a calmer end of the beach, but you are just a couple blocks away from the main drag filled with restaurants, bars, and other activities. Communication with Julie and her co-host, Mitch, was phenomenal. This was my first Airbnb experience and they responded to any questions I had within minutes.

Appears the tenant before errantly took the parking pass with them. I call Julia and got an immediate response where she took care of what was a bit of a scary moment. I was concerned about my vehicle being towed away. But, again, she immediately handled it. The unit was spotless throughout. Lots of towels and appliances throughout. Great, great ocean view...which was our primary reason for the trip. Nice location. Overall, a nice trip. We will definitely try to rent this condo in future trips to Myrtle Beach area. I highly recommend it.

Gr8 Place in front of Beach... Host is really friendly.... Quiet, Easy check in... Two Bed Rooms, Hall, Kitchen... 3 Tvs with all channels... Gr8 internet connection... almost 150mbps... Lots of utensils in kitchen.. we had Gr8 stay..

Great location on the beach with great beach view.

We traveled to the beach for my fiancé’s birthday with our kids and we really enjoyed it! There were so many family games available for us to play and even chairs and toys for the beach! I thought that was super sweet for the host to do. They really thought about the little things that matter when you have kids. We ran out of soap. I let the host know and within 15 minutes, we had hand soap at the door. BEAUTIFUL views and the perfect location! 10/10!

Tucked into a quiet corner on North Myrtle (who knew that existed?) what you will get for your money is a great location and one of the BEST views on a NC beach. Parking is great. The area is completely walkable with many attractions a very short drive away. Provided amenities were ample...lots of towels and supplies. It is not the Ritz. It is an older building and since it is right on the ocean the salt air is a constant battle but the place is clean and pleasant. I will do my best to secure a reservation here again as I am on the coast often. I would recommend to my friends so you should not hesitate.

This condo was absolutely lovely for such a great price! While it was an older condo it has the necessary updates to it. I loved the location as it was very quiet. My daughters loved the pool and often had no one else swimming. Would highly recommend if looking for something peaceful and family friendly.

We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. Beautiful beach view and easy access to the beach with a rinse off. The patio was great and shade covered for most of the day.

Great stay for the family.

Our family had a great stay. We had the pool all to ourselves Friday and Saturday and no issues finding a place to setup on the beach. So close to so many things to do also.

Everything was perfect and clean. Instructions were simple and check in was easy and smooth. Loved the location and cleanliness of the place and will definitely be coming back with the family!

Had a wonderful time even though the weather wasn't the best. This place looks just like the pictures listed. Spacious and comfortable. Will recommend and definitely will come back to stay again.

We had a wonderful family vacation , our stay was everything we hoped for. It was only 15 min to Myrtle Beach . Was quiet and beautiful. There was beach umbrellas in the closet and chair for the beach, right on the beach , beautiful views. The pool was very private and peaceful. The house was super clean and homey. Price was so reasonable for a 5 night stay . Highly recommend. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Condo was a two bedroom on the beach. Window air conditioners. Had newer appliances. Great location. Pool area was nice.

Had a very wonderful stay!

The stay was peacful. There are plenty of games to play, as well as two chairs and an umbrella in the master bedroom closet. The public bathrooms a few buildings over mean you don't have to walk up the stairs every time you want to use the bathroom. The place was clean and the host responsive.

We had a great time during our stay in Myrtle Beach. We loved the location and the view. It was very peaceful to sit out in the balcony and take in the views. Julia was very responsive with my questions. It was centrally located to everything in north Myrtle beach. I stayed with my husband and mother in law and we had plenty of room. Would definitely stay here again.

This cute condo was clean and beautifully re done! Beds and linens were super comfy and we had all the cooking utensils we could possibly want! Games and puzzles galore! Great view and the beach was right there for our enjoyment! No hassle check in and out just dropped our bags and straight to the sand and waves. We would recommend a stay here to anyone of our friends and/or family 😊

Easy access to everything, clean place, comfortable beds and overall quiet place. I do wish there was a folder with local restaurants and instructions. But would definitely stay here again. They are very responsive and quick.

We enjoyed our stay at Julia’s place. It had everything we needed. The access to the beach was easy and it seemed we were close to everything. As others have commented, the beds were very comfortable. We were especially surprised at how sturdy and comfortable the bunk bed was - even for an adult. The towels were luxurious. Having two bathrooms really helped as our daughter and toddler granddaughter joined us. We loved the view of the ocean from the patio. When we weren’t at the beach, this was our favorite spot. The chairs and table made it a great place for morning coffee. The unit is up three flights of stairs so be ready to get a bit of exercise. We would stay here again.

WOW! Julia really saved the day for my family after our original Airbnb cancelled on us after our 18hr drive from Massachusetts to MB with 3 kids in the car! She was very fast to respond and accommodated our family immediately. I was also very impressed with the views and how peaceful and quiet it was. The drive to the boardwalk is about 20 minutes, overall a great stay with great memories and I hope to be back!

We had a fantastic visit. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The furniture was great, especially the king bed in the master. Very comfortable! Location is unbeatable. On the water with a nice view and very near restaurants and shopping. Excellent communication and instant assistance when needed. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place! Perfect view! Had everything you needed like a crockpot, casserole dishes and a blender! I’ll always have to carry that stuff along with me! That needs to be listed on the amenities if it is not. I may have overlooked it. Both mattresses slept phenomenal in the two rooms! The only thing I didn’t like was there was no elevator and the bed in the master is really high! I do have a bad hip, other than that I would have loved the height! Overall a great place! Very very quiet also!
